1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, joining the waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service & eligibility

Mintu is an AI assistant that helps you capture, organize, and stay ahead of personal-life tasks. The Service is currently in early access and may change, and some features may be unavailable, limited, or experimental. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account. Keep your login details confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Misuse connected third-party accounts or violate their terms.

5. Third-party services & authorizations

The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google/Gmail when you authorize it. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can revoke any authorization at any time, and you are responsible for the permissions you grant.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Forgefire and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Mintu is an assistant, not a guarantee: it may miss, misclassify, or be late with items, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment and diligence. You remain responsible for your deadlines, payments, and decisions. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgefire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed deadlines, fees, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgefire from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Pune, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
